I'm Jack (Beatle)
Raised in tiny fishing village, situated along the south west coast (England). A boom during the summer with tourists & hikers arriving to experience picturesque walking routes that flow along the coast for miles. A vision of paradise to some, but for its inhabitants, it can be a very difficult place to survive and more importantly thrive. Its always been about Moving, Food, the Alternative route, the Ocean and of course understanding what it takes to Thrive. And it seems the concept of movement-food-alternativsim-(and)nature combined, is what civilised animals have become so removed from and find hard to understand-utilise throughout their daily (modern) schedules. A common occurrence, but definitely not normal.
I would love to share (with whom-ever) my tangled thoughts of this concrete jungle (Troy Casey), experiences and understandings within the "guru" dominated, contradicting "health" industry, the varied-unique individual specific approaches to healing and performance, and also my appreciation of the mother that is 'Nature' and how she really is the solution.
