The best way to experience Erectile dysfunction!

During the last eight weeks I've consulted and advised eight different individual males regarding their loss of daytime energy, sexual desire, libido and just plainly not being able to get an erection. Bare in mind three things; the inability to 'get it up' is by no means an issue in itself, its largely a symptom of a deeper dysfunction and the gentlemen I've worked with are all at an age where they ideally shouldn't be experiencing this and as you'll discover they all share two less than optimal lifestyle habits that have shown through clinical observations and research to not be health 'promoting'.

So I'll keep this one short and to the point, these guys are not producing energy effectively. So whats inhibiting optimal glycolysis?

By correcting the 'two habits' that these guys (and likely many other sheepish males out there) all share to different degrees, within a day of becoming AWARE two of the guys stated immediate change the next morning, within five days after truly ACCEPTING their 'inhibiting habits' they all reported that they had not only experienced sexual intercorse for longer than usual but along with enhanced morning energy/vitality and a sense of calmness around evening meals and before bed (with one of the gents weekly migraines non existent). Though the real surprise for me was to see the long term ACTION plans taken and implemented by all the 'gents' once they experienced the acute difference from the simple changes made at the start.

Now what where those two 'big' changes?

Removing the radiation from their trousers and bedrooms:

Now I'm not going to solely bash the thyroid, parathyroid and salivary gland cancer causing android phones or the neurologically degenerating microwave ovens, but i do hope to bring some awareness to you regarding the degree of exposure your getting and the worst offenders (especially with regards to this post).
Not only are smart phones now out sizing our pockets,
their also tremendously outweighing our quality of life.

A little Science of ER dysfunction:…..
There are a few schools of thought regarding the underlying pscho-physiology of erectile dysfunction and various other chronic fatigue- too much yang- burnt out- lack of energy producing conditions.
Consider the roles and relationships that your pineal, parathyroid and thyroid gland have with one another... and if optimal circulation is governed by optimal energy production and thus efficient thyroid conversion and synthesis of minerals by the liver and elimination of waste material by the colon, kidneys and skin, then the study conducted out of the University of Modena, Italy, of which looked at almost 50 adult men who had hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, might just have a coincidental connection. Each man was given a questionnaire to answer about their sexual function and were then asked more directly about erectile dysfunction and related problems by a doctor.

Ultimately, it was determined that over 63 percent of the men with hypothyroidism were diagnosed with low sexual desire, premature ejaculation and delayed ejaculation. Among the men with hyperthyroidism, 50 percent were diagnosed with premature ejaculation, 17 percent with low sexual desire and 15 percent with erectile dysfunction.

All of the men in the study were then treated for their thyroid disease. Among the men with hyperthyroidism, the incidence of premature ejaculation dropped from 50 percent to 15 percent. And the low sexual desire and delayed ejaculation disappeared in most of the men.
Once the men with hypothyroidism were treated, almost all saw their symptoms of erectile dysfunction disappeared.

More on exposure to EMF's:

Scientists have known for decades that high doses of the radiofrequency radiation emitted by mobile phones and cordless devices can penetrate the body, heat tissues, trigger behavioral problems and damage sensitive tissues like the eyeball and testicle (Heynick 2003; IEEE 2006).

Yet when mobile phones went on the market in the 1980s, federal and local regulators did not require manufacturers to prove they were safe (GAO 1994).

Now today most of us wake up to an alarm clock, turn over to our mobile phones, flip up our wireless laptops and then switch on our t.v's, all within the first hour of waking. Thats not to mention our sedentary occupations within office blocks buzzing with multiple wifi hubs, bluetooth signals and antennas piercing the buildings, with the congested concrete jungles that are full with the sounds of sirens and radio frequencies

This type of environment is one that is so far removed that its no wonder all the guys out there are churning up into a ball of perpetual stress, acting like pissed off gorillas who struggle to emphasise with others and understand their true purpose, and not to mention 'can't openly make love to their partners because they haven't the energy reserves to do so, along with insufficient sperm count.'

My dear friend, nothing would
separate him from his automated
world and an interesting adaptable posture.
The first step is to create awareness of what is considered essential and most definitely not essential; Ask yourself do you need your mobile phone in your trouser pocket? does it need to be linked to bluetooth and wifi signals when just sitting there? do you need it buzzing with frequency next to your head all night? do you need to be face-planting the screen all day? or is it merely a tool to prevent yourself from becoming "bored"?

In the meantime you can check out the countries that 'give a shit' about their people and the 'real' science behind electro-magnetic frequency exposure, to see what protocols and recommendations they have implemented in order to educate individuals and businesses about the negative effects of excessive high frequency wifi and microwaves. Oh and surprise, surprise America is not on this list, for giving a shit and the UK.. well lets just say they don't publicly announce theirs.

Still think your smartphone in your pocket or your WiFi modem under your desk are harmless? If so, your delusional and an idiot.

Chronic Orthorexia.

Are you low fat? gluten free? low carb? south beach? zero 'white devils'?… either way the first *big* question;  how do fats in our diet help with a lack of erectile function? Apparently and speaking with regards to a large proportion of my client base, if you eat a diet low in saturated fatty acids, your body’s ability to synthesize hormones like testosterone, DHEA and progesterone goes down. This is a bad thing. These hormones are the hormones of youth and fertility (progesterone= pro-gestation), and also aid in other health benefits like building lean tissue and experiencing strength and vigour. On the other hand, consuming a diet rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids will likely accelerate the symptoms as experienced on a low-to-zero fat approach, so not all fats are equal for consumption!

Also on a side note, those cholesterol-lowering statin drugs. If we artificially look to lower our cholesterol, we reduce our body’s raw material supply for the conversion of these 'intimate time' hormones, and possibly run into problems like erectile dysfunction and many other symptoms that accompany, such as; fatigue, poor sleep, cravings, a lack of purpose and self belief etc….

I've personally experienced and seen amongst various "health seekers" that the majority of those that are experiencing signs of shit sleep, abdominal fat accumulation and fatigue, tend to embark on a low-carb diet. The results are often short-lived, followed by the emergence of a cluster-fuck of new health problems related to blood sugar dysregulation, hypothyroidism, coldness and of course an inability to maintain sexual arousal and the emotional mess that accumulates from it. Because theres roughly a 3-12 month window of tremendous vitality, leanness and effortless weight loss that many experience on a low carb diet, Matt Stone from 180D has coined this the low-carb “honeymoon.”

Quite often demonised; ice-cream when used intelligently
without added "gums"can help some come out of a chronic
state of food phobia, coldness, shit sleep and a lagging libido.

As a more important note, raising our metabolism often lowers cholesterol levels, since the body revvs into high gear and starts making use of the extra cholesterol floating around, turning it into these useful hormones and correcting any deficiencies we might be facing.

Once again, a high metabolism is king and thats where the 80/10/10'ers do have a point in stating that "if you supply the liver and thyroid with sufficient sugar (glycogen) and minerals (calcium, potassium and selenium), your body won't find it difficult synthesising enough cholesterol from the liver to then be coverted into these essential steroidal hormones".

Sometimes you just have to
question, what does one piece
of fruit really offer you?

The only issue here is, people need to learn how to eat A LOT of digestible calories from plants (more so fruits) to meet their energy demands. Where as the stable saturated fats contain a large number of calories per pound to effectively supplement the diet and support one of the most basic human functions. So why be restrictive when we can effectively and safely utilise all macro's (and their respected micros) to sustain our highly needy systems and its desires.

Now the message isn't to switch completely 180D and become 'anti-orthorexic', being aware of the quality and frequency of your meals is still important if optimal vitality and supreme circulatory/thyroid
health is your goal. But to be so obsessed to the degree that you wined up eliminating all and restricting but a few food groups because some youtube guru says so, thats not going to work in this sympathetically dominated society (at least for the majority of us).

Is organic food important, yes. Is eating whole-digestable foods ideal, yes. But is not eating for 8 hours because no restaurant or cuisine has a menu that fits yours or someone else's macro's a good move? Hell no. Also if you understand the basics of physiology and the acute/chronic social-personal implications that accompany this train of thought, you'd probably find yourself so restrictive to the degree that visiting a high carb country like India or high animal consuming country like South Africa is something else your restricting.

So is keeping up with the latest "health kick" and "distracting technologies" really a good move? Take it easy, take a step back, think.

Be wise.
